3 lb. Chicken breast
Salt to season
Pepper to season
Garlic Powder to season
Flour to coat chicken
Paprika to mix with flour
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 stick margarine
2 cans chicken broth

Dumplings:
5 jumbo eggs
flour
5 - ½ egg shells water

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dip chicken in flour and paprika mix. Brown both sides of chicken with margarine in pot.

Cut up onion and celery. Add to pot with chicken. Add one can of chicken broth to cover chicken and cook until done.

While chicken is cooking, make dumplings:
Mix 5 jumbo eggs, flour, and water. For water, using half of an egg shell, five times. Keep adding flour until it is a stiff batter.

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add dumplings to water and boil for 5 mins.

Add another can of chicken broth to pot of chicken. Then transfer dumplings to the pot. Add 16 oz. container of sour cream. Add paprika to desired color. Stir until it comes to a boil.
