250 g angel hair or vermicelli pasta
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 1/2 cups water
4 egg yolks
lemon rind
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, cook pasta with water, salt, lemon peel and butter over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Add sugar. Take out some of the mixture and add egg yolks; beat well. Add egg mixture to pasta. Cook together for about 5 minutes until bubbles start to appear. Remove from heat and pour into serving dish. Cook. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
