Raw oysters (fresh if possible)
Pico de Gallo
Cocktail sauce
Louisiana hot sauce
Sliced avocado
Saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Place single oysters on top of a saltine cracker. Top raw oysters with a teaspoon of pico de gallo, a healthy dob of cocktail sauce and a dot of Louisiana hot sauce. Avocado slice optional

Mikes note: This was April’s discovery at a place in Cedar park (CR’s Surf and Turf). Deb suggests adding a slice of avocado to the top. The pico makes the whole oyster shot taste “fresh!”
