1 tsp salt
1 tsp flour
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
3 well beaten eggs

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cook until it thickens, in a double boiler or heavy saucepan over medium heat. Put in a sealed container and when ready to use thin down with sweet or sour cream.
