2 bacon slices, diced
1/4 cup minced onion
3 cups mashed potatoes, 4 medium
1 tbsp snipped parsley
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
dash cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp worcestershire
3 cups milk
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bacon until brown and tender. Add potato, parsley, salt, nutmeg, cayenne, mustard and worcestershire. Stir in milk. Heat over low-heat, stirring well. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Serve at once.
