PUMPKIN GRANOLA BARS (Joanne McCoul)

Mix Together
1/4 cup Ground flax
2-1/2 cups Oats
1 cup Coconut
1-1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. All spice
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Dark chocolate
1/2 cup Whole Almonds
1/2 cup Dried cranberries

Mix Together
3/4 cup Pumpkin
1/4 cup Melted butter
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Honey

- Combine and spread into 9 x 13 pan
- Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes
- Cut into bars (makes 16 bars and can be frozen)
