FIRST LAYER
3/4 Graham Crackers
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Melted Oleo..........
2ND LAYER
3 Eggs - seperated
2 C. Cool Whip
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 C. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
Pkg. Strawberries-partially thawed.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st Layer ingredients, place in 9x13 pan. Bake 350º for 4 minutes.
Then mix Cream Cheese, Sugar and Salt together add egg yolks that have been beaten until thick. Fold in Egg Whites, whipped Cream and add to other mixture. Crush strawberries in blender gently swirl 1/2 strawberries into Cheese filling just lightly. Pour onto crust. Add rest of strawberry on top. Swirl with knife. Place in freezer.
