2 cups brown sugar
1 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring brown sugar and cream to boil over medium heat. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Test if ready by taking a 1/2 tsp of the fudge and dropping into cold water. If fudge forms a ball, then its ready.

Beat with mixer and add vanilla. Spread on wax paper, 1/2 inch thick and refrigerate. When chilled can be broken into pieces and stored in air tight container.
