1 pkg yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant minced onion
1 tbsp softened butter
2 tsp dill seed
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 egg, unbeaten
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften 1 pkg yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and 1 tsp sugar. Combine in mixing bowl.

Combine heated cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, baking soda, salt and egg in bowl. Add softened yeast and 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups flour. Mixing well. Let rise until double in bulk 50-60 minutes. Stir down, place in well greased casserole or bread pan. Let rise for 30-40 minutes more. Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 ºF oven for 35-40 minutes. Delicious served warm with soup or salad.
