½ cup butter
1 ½ cups white sugar
½ cup milk
2 tbsp unsweetened coca powder
¼ tsp salt
2 cups rolled oats
¾ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line counter or baking sheet with wax or parchment paper

2. Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; stir in sugar, milk, cocca powder and salt. Bring mixture to a boil until sugar dissolves, 7 to 8 minutes. Do not stir while boiling. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in oats, coconut and vanilla extract.

3. Drop mixture by spoonful’s onto prepared paper. Refrigerate or leave to set (about 1 hour).

This is a 'Miss Candice' childhood favorite! I started making these cookies around 5 or 6 years old and still love to make them and share them ;)
