2 cans of crescent rolls
2 8 0z. packages of cream cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 can blueberry or fruit pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Butter bottom of a 9X13 pan.
Press one can of crescent rolls together at the seams to form a single sheet covering the bottom of the pan.
Mix sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and cream cheese together.
Spread cream cheese mixture over crescent rolls covered bottom layer.
Spread pie filling over the cream cheese layer to cover.
Top with second can of crescent rolls with edges pressed together to make a top crust.
Beat egg white until frothy and brush on the to crescent roll layer.
Sprinkle with 1 T. sugar if desired.
Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brownººººº
