Ingredients:  
In an 8 quart pot, add 1/4 pound Cabbage sliced medium; Bell Peppers; One big Onion; a Pint or Quart of Stewed Tomatoes; can of Creamed Corn; Can of Whole Corn; Hot Pepper is optional; and 2 Potatoes, peeled and diced.
Add enough Beef Broth to cover and cook it slow

Add more liquid o hate while cooking. It should be more like soup than stew. Add salt, pepper, garlic and ce;try.

In a small pan cook 1/2 to 3/4 lb stew beef. Cook this slow for one hour and add liquid. Add the meat to the vegetables after two hours. You can also add whatever extra vegetables comes out of the garden. Just a little like a few green beans or a tablespoon of rice or baby green limas. Slow cook this stew in an open (not covered) pot. Green onions also add flavor and color. You don't have to have all of this but just what you have on hand,
