Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 loaf of bread pulled apart
1 egg
1 onion minced
flour
sage
poultry seasoning
salt & pepper
baking soda water

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread, combine all ingredients,
Boil water, makes balls out of mixture and drop into boiling water. Boil about 10 min & raise to top.
Add to a pork roast gravy.
Cook for an hour or so, it absorbs some of the gravy.

This was one of my favorites the Gramma Pearce made with a pork roast. The knadels were very heavy but oh so luscious. She served mashed potatoes with it. Awesome.
