8 cooked, peeled & diced potatoes
1# American cheese sliced in strips
1 C Mayo
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 C onion
1/2# bacon, fried & chopped


Combine potatoes, American cheese, mayo & onion. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Top with bacon. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325º
