4 to 6 pieces of chicken
1 1/2 cups Minute rice
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Brown chicken in a little oil on each side in iron skillet
While chicken is browning, pour rice in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish then pour the cream of mushroom soup over it and add 1 can of water mix thoroughly add chicken once browned lightly on both sides. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
