2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cup Wesson oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups raw finely chopped carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time--beat well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add sugar mixture, mix well. Add finely chopped carrots. Mix all together well and pour into three 8" cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

NUT ICING:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
½ cup butter or margarine
Cream these together and add:
1 box confectioners sugar--beat and add
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Frost layers with mixture.
