Mix in a bowl the following:
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cooking oil
add flour to thicken

DUMPLING BATTER:
1 quart peaches
1 cup sugar
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan add peaches, sugar, nutmeg and butter and heat till a brisk boil. Next drop in batter one spoon full at a time. Continue to cook till it boils again. Serve hot.
