2 lb. squash
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
8 oz, pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced squash and chopped onions in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream; stir in carrots. Fold in squash and onion. Combine butter and stuffing. Spread part in bottom of casserole. Spoon half vegetable mixture over stuffing, cover with remaining stuffing then remaining vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
