Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 English muffins, split open
1 jar old English sharp cheese (found by non-refrigerated cheese)
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can lump crab meat, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Put all above ingredients in a mixing bowl, mixing well. Spread with a fork or spoon atop muffins and lay them on a cookie sheet in the freezer. Once frozen, cut each into 6 pieces and bag in a zip lock bag, put back in freezer. These are to be put under your broiler and quite close to burner, so THEY MUST BE WATCHED.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When you serve these they disappear immediately, make several batches and enjoy an easy appetizer which our family does all year long. You can also serve them for lunch and just don't cut them, along with a salas. Yum!
