1/2 cup butter or 1/3 cup Crisco
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cup flour (plain)
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, well mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar and eggs together. Add dry ingredients, then crushed bananas and nuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-60 minutes.
