1 1/2 t. butter
2 T. flour
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
2 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and blend. Add milk gradually and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add defrosted corn, beaten egg yolks, and seasonings. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
