3 lbs Ribs
1 medium Onion
2 tbsp melted Butter
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 small bottle Catsup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped Celery
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs for serving. Place in baking dish and put, uncovered, in a moderate oven until browned (about 30 minutes).
Brown onion in butter. Add vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery and water.
Cook slowly for 20 minutes until flavors are blended.
Pour over ribs and cook in moderate oven (350 degrees) until done. (about 30 minutes)
