4-5 # turkey breast
1 med onion
1 rib celery, chopped
1/4 cup melted margarine
sat and pepper to taste
1.5 cups chicken broth

Directions:
place turkey breast in crock pot, put celery and onion in cavity, pour margarine over turkey, sprinkle with seasoning, pour in broth

cover and cook on high 6 hours, let stand 10 minutes, then carve
