1 T olive or vegetable oil
1 med onion chopped
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 med yellow or green pepper cut into strips
2# beef chuck cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup beef broth
1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
1 9 oz package cheese filled ravioli

Directions:
Directions:
in Dutch oven, heat oil over med heat, cook onion, garlic and peppers 4-5 minutes, stir in beef, cook 6-8 minutes until beef browned

stir in tomatoes and broth,heat till boiling, reduce heat to medium low, cover cook 50 minutes, stirring occasionally

stir in green beans and ravioli, increase heat to medium high, cook 8-10 minutes
