Bone in lamb leg (6-8lbs)
1/4 cup soy sauce
8 cloves of garlic, mince
3 tbsp. fresh Rosemary chopped
1 Large yellow onion

Au Jus
2 c beef stock
1 c red wine
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Cut onion into three large flat pieces, place in roasting pan (as a rack). Put lamb on the onion "rack", pour soy sauce over lamb, evenly rub on garlic and rosemary. Bake for 1/2 hour, reduce heat to 350º, continue to cook approx. 1 hour or until thermometer reads 145º- 150º.

Au jus: Remove lamb to platter, place roasting pan over direct heat, add beef broth, wine salt & pepper to taste. Bring to a boil scraping bottom of pan, add butter. Pour through colander before serving.
