2 boxes ziti
1 chopped onion
2 lbs. ground beef
3 jars spaghetti sauce (24 oz.) I keep flavor simple, ex. tomato & basil
3 jars alfredo sauce (15 oz.)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
12 slices provolone cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350º.
~Cook ziti per box instructions.
~Cook onion w/ ground meat, drain liquid.
~Simmer together the 6 jars of sauces and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Add sour cream just until melted. Add ground meat and onion to sauce.
~ Drain pasta, take an extra large tray and spray w/ Pam. Layer 1/2 ziti, all provolone, 1/2 sauce, remainder of ziti, all mozzarella, remainder of sauce, sprinkle top w/ parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º uncovered for approx. 45 mins. Until throughly heated through, top starting to lightly brown, bubbling.
