1 1/2 c. dried beans (your choice, pinto, black, pink, or mixed)
1 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
1 large can tomato juice (46 ounce)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sort the beans to remove any pebbles or debris. Cover the beans with water and cook until tender on the stove or in the slow cooker. Rinse and drain. Brown hamburger with onion. Drain and add to the beans. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer on the stove or in the slow cooker for flavor.
