1 carton Cool Whip
1 pkg orange or orange-pineapple Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
Grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello and let partially set.
Mix partially set jello and cool whip together.
Add crushed pineapple and grated cheese.
Stir well.
Chill until firm.

Grandma Susie made this jello salad all of the time. I can't remember ever having a dinner at her house which didn't have either this jello salad or a pineapple-lime-walnut salad.
