3 small ripe banana's
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello instant Banana pudding and pie filling (4 serving size)
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Slice banana's into a large bowl. Beat with mixer until well mashed.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 60 to 70 minutes.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Can also be baked in a 9x13 pan for 50 to 55 minutes.
