Directions:
Using a two-egg plastic egg poacher with a lid, spray cups with Pam cooking spray. Crack an egg in each cup. Prick each egg 2 times with a toothpick. Add a tbsp of water to each cup. Cover with lid of poacher. Microwave 1 minute & 20 seconds. Check to determine if looks done or not. If needed continue microwaving in 20 second increments. Check after the first 20 seconds for doneness. Continue up to 2 minutes total; first 1 minute 20 seconds & subsequent 20 seconds intervals. When done flip over poacher & remove top piece (which was previously the bottom of poacher.) Eggs will slide out. Put on toast and cover with warm milk.
