2 cups pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1 small can 5 oz evaporated milk (1/3 cup)
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and pour in a 9 in round unbaked pie crust. Recipe can be doubled for a deep dish pie. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
