3 cups flour
3 sticks butter or margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
12 oz. cream cheese (1 8 oz and 1 4 oz.)
1 20 oz crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 large (12 oz) cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and sugar until blended. Pat in an 11x7 rimmed cookie sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a 350º oven. Let cool. For filling, beat cream cheese until smooth and then beat in confectioners sugar and crushed pineapple. Fold in cool whip and spread on cooled crust. Cut in squares and serve cold.
