Ingredients:
4 or 5 bananas
1 box vanilla wafers
4 cups whole milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp banana extract

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk milk, flour, salt, and sugar in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pan is hot to touch, then reduce heat to low. Cook about 3 minutes, then add about 1 cup of hot mixture to beaten eggs and whisk until mixed well. Add to mixture in pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick (about 10-15 minutes). If the mixture is too thick, add more moil. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla, and banana extract. Layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and sauce. Continue for 2 to 3 layers. Tip: If you don't cover the bananas well with the sauce, they will turn dark.
