1 box vanilla wafers
1 15.75 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)
16 oz whipping cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crush vanilla wafers in mixing bowl. Stir in pineapple and 1/2 cup sugar. Add 1 cup sugar, salt, and vanilla to whipping cream and whip until stiff. Add 1 cup whipped cream to pineapple mixture. Top with remaining whipped cream and chill for 30 minutes.
