1.5 cup diced fully-cooked ham
1 can green asparagus spears and tips, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 cups cooked rice
2 beaten eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Blend eggs, soup, milk, mayonnaise, and seasonings in a large bowl. Combine ham, asparagus, onion, and rice. Stir in egg mixture. Add cheese. Turn into a greased, shallow, 2-qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
