1.2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Mix together milk, flour & eggs. Melt butter in glass pan in oven. Remove pan from oven & tilt to cover sides. Pour mixture in pan and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with powdered sugar and lemon if desired.
