3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
2 c milk
1 lb thawed corn
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to º375. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in saucepan. Sprinkle in flour, stir and cook flour for a minute. Gradually add milk and bring to boil add corn, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, carefully add eggs pour mixture into buttered casserole. Bake for 35 minutes.
