2 cups cracked wheat
2 bunches parsley, chopped (just the blossom parts)
2 bunches green onions
1 medium cucumber, peeled & chopped
1 med-lg green pepper
4-5 tomatoes, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup Crisco oil

Wash the cracked wheat and let soak until soft and swollen (20 mins). Mix together lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oil, then combine with rest. Chill thoroughly several hours.
