1 pt clams
1/4c chopped bacon or salt pork
1/4c chopped onion
1c clam liquor and water
1 tsp rosemary (ground)
1 tsp thyme (ground)
1c diced potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
dash white pepper
2c heavy whipping cream
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clams and reserve liquor. Chop and fry bacon until lightly brown. Add onion & cook until tender. Add clam liquor, potatoes, seasoning and clams. Cook about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add heavy whipping cream. heat through. garnish with chopped parsley sprinkled over the top.

May add a dash of Sherry for taste.
