Ingredients:  
1. River Brand- 3 Cups White Rice ( NOT Minute Rice)
2. 3 Beaten Eggs
3. 1 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
4. 5 to 6 Cloves of Garlic Crushed
5. 1 ½ Cups Romano/Parmesan Cheese
6. Parsley Flakes or Fresh Parsley Chopped
7. Pepper to Taste
8. Vegetable Oil for Frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice, let cool in pot.
2. Mix Eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley and pepper together. Then mix into rice.
3. Oil hands (so they don't stick to rice) and roll into rice log shape. *KEEP HANDS OILED.*
4. Refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight.
5. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. A couple minutes on each side.
