2 cans white shoe peg corn
1 can small green peas
1 can green beans, French style
1 small jar pimientos
1 onion and 1 green pepper (chopped fine)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from all vegetables. Boil sugar, vinegar, pepper, salt, and oil. Cool, and pour over vegetables. Yields about 2 quarts.
