Ingredients: 2 tbsp. Olive Oil 2 lbs. Vegetarian Crumbles (2 bags) 1 Large Onion 1 Bell Pepper 2-3 Celery Stalks 4-6 Cloves Garlic ( 2 heaping Tbsp.) 2 Green Chili's (optional) 30 oz. Diced Tomatoes 30 oz. Tomato Sauce 1 tsp. Salt 3 tsp. Pepper 2 tsp. Sugar 3 tbsp. Chili Powder 2-3 tsp. Cumin 2 tsp. Paprika 1 tsp. Oregano 2-3 tsp. Cocoa (secret Ingredient) 30 oz. Kidney Beans (light, dark, or both) *Undrained 30 oz. Pinto Beans * Undrained

Directions:1. Pour Tomato Sauce and Diced Tomatoes into Crockpot. 2. Heat Olive Oil in frying pan. Saute' Onions for about 3 minutes then add garlic for about 30 seconds. Pour into crockpot. 3. Heat Celery, Green Pepper, and Green Chili (optional) in frying pan with vegetarian crumbles. Add to crockpot. 4. In separate bowl, gather and mix all the spices together. Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Chili Powder, Cumin, Paprika, Oregano, and Cocoa. Then add to crockpot. 5. Heat for 6-8 Hours on low, or 3-4 hours on High if home to stir.
Garnish with shredded cheese and/or sour cream. Serve by itself or over pasta, rice, baked potatoes, hot dogs, burgers, tortilla chips, or cornbread. |

Notes: Mom's Tips- Pour a little water into bottom of cans when emptied and pour back into crockpot, Also, do NOT drain tomatoes or beans. Pour everything. You can use Pam Non-stick Spray instead of added butter or oil. Also I can't believe it's not butter spray for a healthier option.
