10-15 okra pods
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt

Snip both ends of okra and soak in salt water for 30 mins. After soaking, cut in small pods and dust with flour. Pour beaten egg over this and mix well, then dust with remainder of flour and fry in hot oil

It's just a basic fried okra recipe, but it was the only one I could find on this particular stationery. I remember the "flower paper" fondly!
