1 dozen hard boiled eggs ( a week old eggs peel better)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 T. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Shell cooled boiled eggs. Cut length wise in half. Remove yolks and place in bowl. Arrange whites of eggs on serving tray.
In a bowl smash yolks with fork or pastry cutter until they are in small crumbs. Add mayonnaise, vinegars (2), sugar and mustard. Mix well. Fill whites of eggs with yolk filling.

You can be fancy with a frosting tube or just spoon in. Decorate the tray of eggs as desired.
