3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg

Beat egg then add salt and flour.
Mix in milk.

In a muffin tin add roast fat or a small pat of butter in each cup. heat in oven until hot. Remove and carefully pour a little mixture into each cup.
Bake at 425 for 15 -20 minutes.

Serve with roast and brown gravy.
