3 Bunches Fresh Broccoli - chopped
1/2 Stick of Butter (or 4 Tbsp)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
1 Sleeve of Crushed Ritz Crackers.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Cut or slice cheese and begin layering the cheese, butter and broccoli into a greased casserole. There should be two layers. Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the top and bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour until bubbly and browned.
