5 15oz can tomato sauce
1.5 12oz can tomato paste
2 lbs hamburger
2 t salt
2 t sugar
2 T chopped onion
1/4 t garlic salt
1/2 t oregano
1/8 t red pepper
1/4 c parsley flakes
1/2-1 t garlic

Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain excess fat. Add tomato sauce along with other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Remove cover and continue to simmer for another hour. If tastes too strong or bitter, add sugar or red pepper.
