1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1-2 sliced of bread (small cubes or crumbs)

Sauce:
3 TBSP brown sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup catsup
1 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Blend with hands - then shape into a loaf pan.

Bake for 1/2 hour then top with Piquant Sauce.

Mix sauce ingredients together.
Pour over the top of loaf.

Bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
