2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk

Chives, parsley and onions (if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter for 30 seconds, add flour and salt.
Stir with a wire whip.
Gradually stirring constantly.
Add milk, chives and parley.
Keep stirring.
