5-6 eggs
1 cup real mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
Some milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Separate the eggs, whip whites until very stiff, add salt, beat yolks til lemon yellow, add potatoes.
Fold into the egg whites.
Pour into a frying pan (slightly greased) and put in already heated stove (low heat) for 5 minutes.
Put in oven to finish cooking, bake for 2o minutes.
